I am an Independent Researcher with expertise in conducting qualitative research and designing quantitative research. I consult for early-stage startups, design research firms, and social sector organisations on User Research and Research Strategy. I provide research advisory, and also handle projects end-to-end with clients.

My expertise lies in

• Designing, strategising, conducting, and managing user research projects.
• Needs-gap analysis to arrive at product gaps, and translate that to actionable insights for product and tech teams.
• Designing user personas and user journeys based on research insights.
• Managing research teams and mentoring junior researchers.

I have also designed and co-taught courses at Undergraduate and Graduate levels. I currently run a research mentorship program for high school students.
